Weight Lifting Tracker
Log your lifts and track strength progress over time.
Start a workout, add an exercise by name, and log each set's reps and weight; tick a set when you have done it. A new set copies the last one's numbers, so a straight set of five is a tick per set. Finish the workout to save it and see what it added up to.
A personal record here is a set whose estimated one-rep max beats every set of that exercise before it. The estimate is Epley's formula, weight × (1 + reps ÷ 30), which lets a heavy triple and a lighter set of eight be compared fairly. It is an estimate, most accurate below about ten reps; it is not a prediction of a real max attempt.
Weights are stored in kilograms whatever unit you pick, so switching between kg and lb changes only how numbers are shown. Everything stays in this browser.
How is the one-rep max estimated?
With the Epley formula: weight × (1 + reps ÷ 30). 100 kg for 5 reps estimates about 116.7 kg. A single rep is its own max.
Does a matching lift count as a new record?
No — a PR has to beat your best estimated one-rep max for that exercise, not equal it.
Where is my training log stored?
In this browser only. Export JSON keeps a copy; clearing site data deletes the log.
