Water Intake Tracker
Tap to log a glass, watch today's total fill toward your goal, and see the past week.

of 2,000 ml today
Dashed line: your goal. Solid bars reached it.
Nothing logged yet today.
Each time you drink, tap one of the buttons — a glass, a can, a bottle — or type another amount. The total for today fills toward your daily goal, and the chart shows the last seven days, with a dashed line at your goal and solid bars on the days you reached it. Delete an entry from today's log if you tapped by mistake. Your log starts fresh each day at midnight, in your own time zone.
You can track in millilitres, US fluid ounces or US cups, and switch at any time: every amount is stored in millilitres and converted for display, so changing the unit never changes what you logged. One US fluid ounce is 29.57 ml and one cup is 8 fluid ounces, or 236.6 ml. The starting goal is 2 litres — 2,000 ml, about 67.6 fl oz or 8.5 cups — which is a round number to begin from, not a medical recommendation. How much water a person needs depends on their size, activity, the weather and the food they eat, which also contains water; if you have a health condition that affects fluid intake, follow your doctor's advice instead.
Everything is stored in your browser's own database on this device and never sent anywhere, so the tracker works offline and nobody else can see it. Clearing this site's data in your browser settings, or using a private window, removes the log.
How much water should I drink a day?
There is no single number. 2 litres is a common round starting goal, but needs vary with body size, activity and climate, and food supplies water too. Set the goal that suits you, and follow medical advice if you have a condition that affects fluids.
How many ml are in a cup or a fluid ounce?
A US fluid ounce is 29.57 ml and a US cup is 8 fluid ounces, about 236.6 ml. Amounts are stored in ml, so you can switch units at any time.
Where is my data kept?
Only in this browser on this device. Nothing is uploaded, and clearing the site’s data removes it.
When does a new day start?
At midnight in your own time zone. A page left open overnight rolls over by itself.
